Position Summary:
In charge of dealers and games in assigned area.
Essential Functions:
1.    Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s “Winning Attitude” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s 5-Star Service Standards at all times.
2.    Safeguards assets of the company.
3.    Implements departmental policies and procedures as directed by the Shift Manager.
4.    Should, at all times, create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness towards guests and dealers.
5.    Handles guest’s complaints.
6.    Ensures compliance with federal currency reporting requirements.

QualificationsPrior Experience Needed:
1.    One (1) year dealing.
Minimum

Qualifications:
1.    Ability to communicate effectively with Guest’s, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2.    Ability to handle all guest complaints in an expedient manner.
Physical Requirements:
1.    Requires normal, corrected vision range, the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
2.    Visual and auditory ability to identify any unusual or unethical practices that jeopardize the integrity of the game.

Thunder Valley Casino Resort is a AAA Four Diamond award-winning casino and resort in Lincoln, California, 30 miles (48 km) east of Sacramento. It is owned by the United Auburn Indian Community and opened in June 2003.

Thunder Valley was the first full Las Vegas-style casino in Northern California.

The 275,000-square-foot (25,550 m²) facility offers a variety of gaming including more than 3,000 slot machines and video machines, 100 table games (including blackjack, paigow, etc.), an expansive Bingo Room, and live poker for up to 450 players.
