Conduct detailed internal and external market analysis to design product and recruitment strategy.
Work with AU colleges to identify target programs and partner institutions for development of Dual Degrees and other new programs with an appealing offer for AU students.
Manage Student Programs Coordinator and Events Coordinator
Generate student interest and demand for Dual Degree programs and meet KPIs for this activity, generating and managing student pipelines through full product and sales lifecycle.
Coordinate budget and product P&L for all marketing and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and analyses, prepare presentations, and promotional materials.
Serve as main contact for all Dual Degrees and allocated programs
Liaise with AU offices for streamlined processes and program delivery
Manage and develop operations and staff in student facing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, International Studies, or related field
5+ years relevant experience in marketing, program management, curriculum development
Experience in designing student programs and curriculum development and managing complex projects in higher education
Experience supervising teams and department workflows
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
proficiency and energy in driving sales pipelines to increase student participation.
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal abilities in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and support travel activities and needed
Working Conditions
Office-based with occasional evening/weekend work
May involve accompanying student tours
