As a Project Manager, you will be fully responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of Advantech's standard product design to recommend professional customization to the sales team and customer. You will oversee the acquisition of resources, coordinate efforts across team members and third-party contractors, and ensure that project objectives are met with the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities of the role:
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire project teams, assigning tasks, setting clear goals, and monitoring performance to ensure successful project completion.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication about project status, risks, and changes.
Problem Solving:
Proactively address and resolve issues or conflicts during the project lifecycle, escalating when necessary.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations in quality, performance, and contractual compliance. Conduct regular assessments to verify adherence to specifications and standards.
Required Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or Project Management certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in OEM/ODM project management, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Leadership & Decision-Making:
Strong leadership abilities with excellent decision-making skills.
Problem-Solving:
Demonstrated success in navigating complex challenges and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
Financial Acumen:
Strong financial skills with experience in managing project budgets effectively.
