Strong knowledge of CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules
Expertise in CMDB Health Dashboard, CI lifecycle management
Hands-on with Discovery, Service Mapping, and third-party data sources
Ability to define CI policies, normalization, and reconciliation strategies
Proven experience with CSDM 3.x+ implementation
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end CI lifecycle and maintain CI data health
Define and implement CSDM framework across business applications and services
Lead ServiceNow Discovery and integrations with infrastructure/cloud systems
Establish CMDB governance, KPIs, and data certification processes
Guide service mapping and CI class model alignment with business capabilities
Qualifications:
Experience 8–12 years
Education Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field
Certifications CSA, CIS–Discovery, and CSDM training preferred
Communication Skills Clear communication across technical and business stakeholders, strong documentation ability
