We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Access Management Senior Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing robust access management solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our IAM governance initiatives and ensuring a seamless user experience across our enterprise systems.

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide access management solutions, ensuring a secure and efficient user experience.
• Improve operational efficiency by optimizing access control processes and procedures.
• Ensure secure access across systems by implementing robust identity lifecycle management practices.

• Design and manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes that includes Joiner/department changes),Leaver (de-provisioning)

• Support IAM governance and compliance initiatives, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective access management strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our access management capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align access management strategies with business objectives.
• Document and communicate access management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in access management, identity management, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of access control models, authentication protocols, and authorization frameworks.
• Experience with leading access management solutions and technologies, such as EmpowerID, Saviynt, Sailpoint etc.
• Strong understanding of security principles, including risk assessment, and access control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex access management issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in access management and security.
