Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Front-End Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of user-facing features, ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications, and mentor junior developers. This role demands strong technical expertise in modern front-end technologies, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, responsive, and accessible web interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and front-end architecture.
• Maintain and enhance existing front-end components and frameworks.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Document technical solutions and maintain development standards.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
