Job Description

Aftersales Diagnostics Engineer

-Develop and validate diagnostic procedures tailored to real-world workshop conditions

-Collaborate with service technicians to ensure diagnostic content is practical, accurate, and technician-friendly

-Translate complex technical data into actionable fault isolation steps for use in service tools and manuals

-Analyze field feedback and service reports to refine diagnostic strategies and improve first-time fix rates

-Support the creation of technical bulletins, guided diagnostics, and service documentation

-Conduct hands-on testing and simulation of diagnostic workflows to ensure usability and effectiveness

-Provide training and technical support to service teams and aftermarket partners
