Social Media Manager

The Mission

We are moving beyond simple "brand awareness" and pretty aesthetics. Your mission is to transform our massive organic reach into a powerful engine that drives real leads and revenue.

What you’ll do

- Create & Execute (60% Strategy / 40% Doing): Build and scale short-form video frameworks across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Own the Funnel: Directly responsible for Organic Reach, Lead Volume, and Attributed Revenue.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate fast-paced feedback from leadership into clear, actionable steps for creators and media partners.
- Work Smarter: Audit production pipelines and introduce AI tools and automation to help the team move faster and create more.
- Lead the Team: Guide, mentor, and align a small, highly capable internal team of strategists and an external network of contractors.

Who you are (Must-Haves)

- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in high-impact social media or growth content strategy, including at least 2 years of managing a team.
- Western Market Savvy: Deep understanding of psychology, copywriting, and video hooks that grab audiences and convert viewers in the US, UK, and Europe.
- Hands-on DNA: Comfortable getting into the details—rewriting scripts, tweaking hooks, and diving deep into platform data alongside your team.
- Funnel Mastery: Strong grasp of algorithms and user behavior, with the ability to turn casual viewers into qualified leads.

Team, Culture & Perks

- Report to: Chief Growth Officer / CMO.
- Manage: 2 internal strategists plus external creators and agency vendors.
- Environment: Fast-paced, high-energy, and growth-focused.
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Hybrid Setup: Only 2 days in the office per week (Tuesday & Thursday).

Important Note: You must already have the legal right to work in Malaysia. We cannot provide employment passes, work visas, or relocation assistance for this role.
