We're hiring a DTC Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Operator to take full ownership of execution across Shopify, lifecycle marketing, and performance tracking.

This is not a coordinator role.
This is for someone who builds, launches, tests, and optimizes — hands-on, end-to-end.

What you'll own

• Shopify: build & optimize product pages, landing pages, homepage updates, QA before launches
• Email & CRM: own flows, automations, campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing (Klaviyo)
• SEO: on-page optimization, keyword targeting, traffic monitoring
• Analytics: weekly performance dashboards (traffic, conversion, email revenue, ads)
• Paid ads (light): monitor, flag, and coordinate with external partners
• Influencer & PR ops: outreach, gifting, affiliate tracking
• Brand execution: decks, tone of voice, and marketing materials
• Cross-functional coordination: brief designers and drive execution timelines

What we're looking for

• Proven hands-on Shopify experience (you've built and optimized — not just managed)
• Strong Klaviyo ownership (flows, automations, revenue contribution)
• Solid understanding of SEO + analytics (Google Analytics / Shopify analytics)
• Background in DTC e-commerce (beauty, fashion, jewelry, luxury preferred)
• Strong written English (you'll write, present, and communicate externally)
• Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do next
• Comfortable using AI tools to move faster

Salary: ~$2,500/month (for a strong execution-focused operator)
