About the role | Mō te tūranga
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our NZ DTA ( Deposit Takers Act) delivery team. This role will support the delivery of regulatory and business change initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation and under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst.
You will play a key role in discovery, requirements analysis, process modelling, and supporting solution delivery to ensure outcomes align with regulatory standards and business needs.
This role is recruited to support Rabobank’s implementation of the New Zealand Deposit Takers Act (NZ DTA), a multi year programme of work representing a significant regulatory change for the New Zealand banking sector.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position.

You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable working in both agile and traditional delivery environments and can communicate complex concepts clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
