We are looking for a DT Service Leader to lead the digital strategy, demand management and delivery roadmap supporting MRO/CRO processes across the business.
You will act as the primary Digital Technology reference for stakeholders in the MRO/CRO environment, ensuring alignment between business priorities and digital solutions. The scope includes Program/Order management, Planning, Material management, Inventory, Logistics, Procurement, Operational execution, Quality belonging to Service perimeter.
You will lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive the implementation of scalable and standardized digital solutions to improve operational performance and execution across sites.
You will combine business partnership, program leadership and digital delivery experience to support the transformation of MRO/CRO processes. This role requires the ability to connect business priorities with scalable technology solutions, drive alignment across stakeholders and deliver measurable operational impact.
Essential Responsibilities
Act as the main DT point of contact for MRO/CRO business stakeholders for all Avio Aero sites, building strong partnerships and ensuring alignment on priorities, roadmap and delivery
Define and execute the digital roadmap transformation in MRO/CRO processes, in line with business strategy and operational needs
Lead demand intake, prioritization and delivery of IT initiatives related to end to end MRO&CRO processes
Drive process optimization and standardization across sites, working closely with business teams and DT Site Leaders
Partner with other DT teams to ensure effective integration and end-to-end solution delivery
Lead complex programs across multiple functions, teams and sites, ensuring execution against milestones, budget and expected business outcomes
Support the adoption and sustainment of digital solutions, ensuring business value realization and continuous improvement
Ensure solutions are compliant with cybersecurity, regulatory and company policy requirements
Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring and people leadership
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Strong experience in MRO/CRO processes
Proven program management experience, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations
Solid experience across the IT application lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
Experience delivering digital solutions supporting Supply Chain and Business processes
Strong customer mindset, problem-solving capability and continuous improvement approach
Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments, including multi-site and geographically distributed teams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

ITIL certification
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools
