Job Identification:
Responsible for understanding the business, strategy and technology to define the requirements and capabilities of the products in line with security roadmap.
Accountable for the delivery of the holistic security solutions that would meet the requirement along with business strategies.
What We Expect:
- Address business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, self-assessments, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to define in a deep level.
- Coordinate demands, priorities and needs across different stakeholders by creating a common vision and gaining support.
- Continuously evaluate technologies alignment with top level security strategy to enhance current capabilities and assess processes to find advancement opportunities.
- Prepare use-cases and question sets to evaluate and analyze products in the market from a technical view.
- Create RFPs and necessary documents to start and lead evaluation processes through the purchasing and agreement phases.
- Identify necessary steps for a successful implementation, integration and dissemination of the product and help to remove obstacles where needed.
- Design deployment architecture, coordinate architectural design with architect team, document and maintain the design.
- Assess technologies in accordance with the defined policies, standards, and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines.
- Act as a storyteller for the solutions, prepare and present product roadmap, benefits, and KPIs to all audiences when needed.
- Prepare presentations and technical documents as well as necessary trainings to ensure that the product is widely known within CCI while maximizing the benefits.
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the product, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.
- Follow developments in technology and security threats closely, conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards, interact with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to obtain new services and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study
- 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Security and related technologies.
- Knowledge and experience in security architectures, risk assessment techniques, information security frameworks and standards like ISO/IEC 27001.
- Experience in architecture design processes.
- Experience with administration of security platforms (Vulnerability Scanners, IPS, DDoS, WAF, Mail Gateways, Endpoint Protection, EDR/XDR, SOAR, SAST/DAST, Cloud Security Posture Management / Workload Security, etc.)
- CISSP, CISA, PMP and related certificates are a big plus.
- Experience on developing and managing product roadmaps is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Risk management knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
- Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results.
- Ability to lead through collaboration with effective stakeholder management while conveying the sound of stakeholders.
- Expert troubleshooting capabilities and solid problem-solving skills with proactive approach.
- Be able to work effectively with a wide range of teams - from business leaders to delivery teams, driving product success with lean and agile methodologies.
- Influences and communicates effectively the purpose, product goals and objectives and priorities with all stakeholders that build support, agreement and commitment.
- Enthusiastic about solving business challenges effectively, utilizing customer-centricity, design thinking and lean start up methodologies.
- Progressive leadership experience in working with cross-functional teams, influencing effectively across the organization in a matrix environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, presentation and writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
