As a D&T Business Analyst, you own end-to-end business analysis for one or more product areas and play a pivotal role in delivering value through the new e-commerce platform. You independently lead requirements discovery, analysis, prioritisation support, and documentation—translating business outcomes into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are ready for delivery. You act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and key business stakeholders in a strongly distributed and asynchronous environment, ensuring shared understanding, high-quality decisions, and smooth execution. You proactively identify impacts across processes, data, and technology, help manage dependencies and risks, and contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices and ways of working—while supporting and coaching junior colleagues where needed.
