At Demant, DSP is at the heart of every listening experience we create. We’re looking for a DSP Engineer to join R&D Audiological Solutions and help develop audiological algorithms and hearing instrument features that make sound more natural, comfortable, and meaningful for people with hearing loss.
You will contribute across the full DSP development lifecycle, from innovation and concepting to implementation, verification, documentation, and launch support. Your work will help ensure strong performance, testability, maintainability, and product quality through collaboration, documentation, discussions, and code reviews.
We are looking for someone with technical depth, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset—someone who enjoys learning, helping others, and moving work forward in a pragmatic way.
You are positive, grounded, quality-driven, service-minded, and able to balance curiosity with practical execution.
