Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us in empowering our clients.
In this unique role, you'll perform the functions of a Health Care Coordinator (HCC) by planning, assessing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in a Nursing Home setting. This opportunity has the following schedule: 6:30AM - 3:00PM, with varying days off.
We are hiring for permanent and on-call positions, varying shifts to work in the Nursing Home and Intermediate Care Facility, please select which schedule you are interested in through the supplemental question.
King County employees receive 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary and are eligible to receive a free ORCA card for transportation use.
Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
In conjunction with and under the supervision of the RN4 will perform nursing quality assurance and QA activities, responsible for ensuring all HCC’s for Pat-N adhere to all pertinent documents under DSHS guidelines, that they are up to date with pertinent documents (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and completed in a timely manner. Ensures implementation and documentation of each client’s individual nursing plan, objectives, and services based on an individual habilitation plan.
