This vacancy is for a Testing Team Leader with Test Management level proficiency in Testing that will be responsible for managing IT Testing Teams working in different IT projects. To achieve this, Siemens expects proficiency in the following competences:

Key Responsibilities:

• People management;
• Ability to manage Teams composed of People working in different Projects (distributed Teams);
• Providing Feedback and stimulating growth;
• Strategic decision making;
• Planning and Hiring of resources;
• Control and monitor tests activities;
• Ensure quality metrics;
• Ensure regular status update to all relevant stakeholders – Project and Team;
• Initiate the specification, preparation, implementation, and execution of tests, monitor test results, and check the exit criteria;
• Planning and effort management for the Testing Team allocated to the Project;

To deliver the above competences, Siemens considers relevant a skillset and experience covering:

• Manual Software Testing

o Namely functional and system testing in an Agile environment

• Automated Software Testing

o Basic understanding of test automation concepts

• Managing IT resources
