As an ICS Dry Goods Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the warehouse and operations team responsible for supporting inventory control, material planning, warehouse coordination, and ensuring production has the materials and ingredients needed to keep operations running efficiently.

Grow your career with us! This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime and Saturdays required based on business needs. Employees are eligible for a $0.65 increase upon successful review, along with annual merit increases. Paid lunch and breaks included!

What are the Dry Goods Coordinator position responsibilities?

  • Inventory control over materials and ingredients
  • Maintain and update warehouse reports, forecasts, and planning documents
  • Coordinate inbound shipments and receiving schedules
  • Process and verify receiving paperwork
  • Maintain material planning workbooks and pull sheets
  • Assist with production scheduling and warehouse meetings
  • Track inbound damages and complete reports with photos
  • Support warehouse operations and assist supervisors as needed
  • Support food safety and environmental health & safety programs
  • Fill in for warehouse personnel when needed
  • Other duties assigned by management

What essential skills and experience are required?

  • General warehouse operations knowledge preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer experience and proficiency with warehouse systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fork truck certification or ability to become certified
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

What is the work environment for a Dry Goods Coordinator?

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a fast-paced team environment with frequent interaction across departments. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

What are the physical demands for this position?

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for extended periods of time and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift materials. Frequent lifting of products and warehouse materials is required, including items weighing up to 50-100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Corrected hearing is also required.
