YOUR NEXT ROLE : Drunk Elephant Retail Manager - Selfridges, London Oxford Street (37.5 hours over 5 days per week)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
With a selective distribution, your voice is always heard at Drunk Elephant and you have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business and be empowered to take accountability for driving your own business. Following Drunk Elephant Philosophy and unique sales techniques and methods of application, you will use your networking skills to recruit new customers and continue to delight existing ones, keeping your goal of exceeding counter sales targets in mind. Partnering closely with your Area Manager, Education and HR, you will draw on your management experience to build and deliver a business plan that will drive KPI’s across the team and deliver results. In return we offer exciting ongoing training – we invest in you, ensuring you have the highest level of product, service and management knowledge, and helping you realise your full potential.

OUR HIRING PROCESS
Once you have applied for the role, we will screen your CV. If your CV is shortlisted, then you will be contacted by the hiring manager to explore your motivation, suitability and role expectations. Preferably, we would like to meet you in person and give you the opportunity to test your commute as well as see your potential place of work! If you are successful at interview, you will be required to have an instore trade test.
