Conduct on-the-road driving evaluations for drivers to assess their ability to handle various driving scenarios, follow traffic rules and adhere to safe driving practices
Assess drivers' proficiency in basic vehicle operation, manoeuvring and defensive driving techniques
Ensure that drivers meet all requirements and standards set by our client, including valid driver's license and Lasdri card.
Maintain accurate records of assessment results and ensure that all documentation is completed following company policies and procedures.
Promptly communicate assessment results to the Sales and Onboarding team to be actioned for the next steps.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures during on-the-road assessment.
Regularly align with the Training Team, as well as the Sales and Onboarding Team to monitor deliverables and ensure optimal performance.
Stay informed about changes in road rules and best practices relevant to the assessment process.
Promptly communicate all issues regarding assessment processes, vehicle and operational challenges to your line manager.
