We are seeking a professional and highly organised Driveway Supervisor to lead the arrival and departure experience for our valued guests. As the first and last impression of the hotel, you will play a key role in delivering warm, seamless, and personalised service at every interaction.
About the Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Driveway Supervisor oversees all driveway operations including valet services, Porters, guest arrivals and departures and traffic flow. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, efficiency, and luxury service are consistently delivered.
