Wohlstand Security and Pristine Bay Water Sports are seeking responsible and service-oriented professionals to join our operations team in Roatán. We are currently hiring professional drivers for Liberty Line and experienced boat operators/captains for Pristine Bay Water Sports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a professional driver, boat operator, or captain

• Valid driver’s license and/or maritime certifications (depending on position)

• Knowledge of safety procedures and operational protocols

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude

• Good physical condition and operational readiness

• Basic English communication skills preferred

• Knowledge of Roatán routes and local maritime areas preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience transporting VIP clients or tourists

• Defensive driving certification

• Boat navigation and water safety experience

• First aid or emergency response training

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or luxury service environments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drivers – Liberty Line

• Provide safe and professional transportation services

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational condition

• Follow assigned schedules, routes, and operational procedures

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and clients

• Report incidents, maintenance needs, or operational issues promptly

Boat Operators / Captains – Pristine Bay Water Sports

• Operate boats safely and professionally during tours and activities

• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with maritime regulations

• Conduct routine vessel inspections and safety checks

• Assist guests during water sports and marine activities

• Maintain equipment and support daily marina operations
