Postion: Driver/ Head Engineer III, A shift
Location: Central Services Building and Oak Park Learning Center
Work Schedule: 8.0 hours per day, A shift Monday through Friday, 52 weeks per year
Start Date: TBD
Salary: As per the Custodial Master Contract Salary Schedule. $28.93 per hour
Requirements: Must have 2nd boilers license and driver's license at time of hire. Must obtain an unlicensed electrician registration within 6 months.
To oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning, maintenance and operations of the buildings in a manner that meets district standards for site appearance and safety, and ensures a condition of operating excellence in order to provide a quality education in a safe and clean environment for all students, staff and community members. Also provides work direction to custodial staff, ensuring that routine maintenance and building projects are completed effectively. Makes deliveries both inside and outside the district. Deliveries account for approximately 50% of time.
