Your Role Includes:

Driving & Delivery

• Load, transport, and deliver HVAC equipment and parts to clients or job sites according to schedule

• Follow all safety protocols, secure loads, and drive defensively

• Inspect delivery vehicles before and after trips; report maintenance needs

• Provide professional, courteous service and resolve delivery issues

• Complete delivery paperwork, log times, record mileage, and manage receipts

Warehouse Operations

• Accurately pick, scan (RF Scanner), pack, and stage products for delivery/shipment

• Organize and store products in assigned warehouse locations

• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and report discrepancies

• Receive incoming shipments, store products, and load delivery vehicles

Safety & Maintenance

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and showroom

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Ability to lift 75+ lbs
✔️ Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
✔️ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
