We’re looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Driver to join our Op Shops team. If you enjoy being on the road, value teamwork, and take pride in delivering an essential community service, this is a great opportunity to contribute to Anglicare’s mission of serving people in need.

About the Role

Fulltime role driving for a purpose. In this hands‑on role, you’ll deliver clothes efficiently to our Anglicare Op Shop and services.

You’ll operate trucks, and ensure its at the destination on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely load and unload trucks with clothes for Op shops

• Complete deliveries efficiently while following road rules, WHS policies and Anglicare procedures.

• Work cooperatively with the Driver team to ensure accurate, on‑time deliveries.

• Communicate with villages and Catering Staff, report hazards and suggest improvements.

• Support a safe workplace by reporting incidents and following WHS requirements.

• Promote a respectful, inclusive environment that values all cultural backgrounds.

• Model Anglicare’s Christian values through conduct and interactions.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NSW Driver Licence (or equivalent).

• Understanding of HACCP and safe food handling practices.

• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and customer service.

Reliable, punctual and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
