Driver Trainer (CDL-B required)

What you can expect:

• Starting rate: $31.00 per hour (more based on experience)
• Annual increase potential
• Paid Time off

What you will do:

• Build onboarding plans, train and coach new drivers on daily tasks.
• Develop and build training plans for new drivers in the Ready-Mix Line of Business throughout NH, VT, and ME.
• Deliver quality materials to job sites in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts when needed.
• Document the progress of each trainee for the duration of their onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance the training program.
