We are looking for a practical and reliable Driver Support colleague to join our team!
Gloucestershire Equipment Loan Service (GELS) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Driver Support colleague to join our Logistics Team based in Hempsted, Gloucester.
GELS plays an important role in supporting the care sector in Gloucestershire. This is a varied role within an established and supportive team, where your work will contribute to an essential countywide service.
The role includes driving and manual handling. You must be able to safely lift and carry equipment such as bariatric beds, hoists, shower chairs and walking frames.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual with experience of driving vehicles and a practical understanding of vehicle defects and basic maintenance. You will be organised, adaptable and able to manage your workload with minimal supervision.
You will need a full UK driving licence.
