We are searching for passionate and highly competent Driver Safety Facilitator/Driver Trainers to deliver low risk driver training workshops and on road driver training for NRMA’s diverse client base. You must have a passion for road safety and making a difference in the community.
What you’ll do
As a Driver Safety Facilitator/Driver Trainer you are responsible for the effective delivery of a variety of road safety programs to our clients on behalf of the NRMA. You will be required to present 3 hour Road Safety Workshops along with a number of on Road Practical programs to a range of licence holders.
You will be provided with training to deliver the road safety content and be responsible for keeping up to date with relevant road safety legislation.
You will report directly to the NRMA Corporate Driver Trainer Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement delivery of NRMA road safety and awareness programs within organisations
Maximise the learning experience by delivering a highly engaging and professionally facilitated workshop and on road training
Strengthen the NRMA brand with key stakeholders by providing a high standard of front-line customer service to learners and the industries they are from
Deliver high quality experience for a diverse range of industries and driver needs
Accurately educate drivers on relevant laws and legislation concerning the topic matter

Ability and willingness to undertake overnight travel to locations out of the greater Sydney area, on occasion
Ability and willingness to undertake remote training and connect via Zoom as required would be a bonus
Willingness to undertake casual contract work
Set up your business under a ACN (Australian Company Number)
Credentials Required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilitation and/or driver training
Industry qualified and experienced facilitator/trainers who hold current TAE40116 credentials
Ideally applicants would have the following credentials
Road Licence Classes LR, MR, HR and HC Licenses
TLI41218 - Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Driving Instructor)
RMS Assessors Credentials or equivalent
