Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications
Pratt Logistics is looking for a Driver Recruiter with strong recruiting skills to join our Team. In this role, you will make cold calls and utilize search engines to locate potential drivers and inform them of the exceptional benefits we have to offer our employees. You will also pre-screen these applicants to ensure they meet DOT and company standards before scheduling their orientation and road tests. Our ideal candidate is also comfortable using social media platforms in their recruiting efforts. This is an in office position and not remote based in our Carrollton, Texas location.
