The Driver / Operator I is an entry-level position responsible for supporting field operations through safe driving, basic equipment operation, and completion of routine environmental service tasks. This role focuses on skill development and adherence to safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles and basic equipment in a safe and compliant manner
• Perform routine service tasks, including material transport, inspections, and basic maintenance
• Complete required documentation (manifests, logs, inspection reports) accurately
• Follow all DOT, environmental, and company safety regulations
• Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and general labor activities
• Participate in on-call or emergency response activities as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment and vehicles

Qualifications:

• 0–1 year of relevant driving, labor, or environmental services experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid CDL Class B (or ability to obtain within defined timeframe of 6 months)
  • Valid CDL Class A preferred
• Tanker Endorsements (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

• Works under direct supervision with structured guidance and training.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00, and includes benefits such as the following:
