As a Driver Operator for one of the largest infrastructure business' in New Zealand, you will be involved in exciting projects requiring you to pick up civil work, the operation of heavy machinery and preparation of sites. Our team who work across the Bay of Plenty / Waikato are looking for a motivated Driver Operator to join the team.
Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Matu
To be successful within this role we are looking for someone who has experience operating civil machinery, along with the below:
Full Class 5 License at minimum
You must have either:
Work experience can include:
Proven ability and competence in the proper care, maintenance and operation of appropriate plant and equipment
Numerical skills and legible handwriting
Be able to operate in a Surfacing team, in reverse, hoist raised for extended periods
Loading asphalt material from supply to site, reversing frequently into asphalt paver
If you are physically fit and enjoy spending your days outside and, on the road, this could be the perfect position for you.
