💲 Pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience and qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Driver Development Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted coach, advocate, and resource for new drivers throughout their training journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide new drivers from onboarding through solo driver qualification
• Monitor training progress and assess driver readiness
• Build strong relationships that promote engagement and retention
• Partner with driver mentors and leadership teams to ensure success
• Facilitate engaging orientation and onboarding experiences
• Resolve concerns and provide solutions that support both drivers and business objectives
• Ensure accurate and timely driver pay and compliance documentation
• Promote Swift's culture, values, and commitment to safety

WHAT YOU BRING

✔ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

✔ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

✔ Ability to build relationships and influence others

✔ Experience working in a fast-paced environment

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

✔ Ability to obtain Qualified Collector certification within 30 days of hire
