As a Luggage Truck Driver, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. More than transporting bags, you’re ensuring that every suitcase, duffel, and keepsake arrives safely and on time. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, you help create a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure for thousands of guests—making their home-away-from-home feel just a little more comfortable from the moment they arrive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to safely drive a truck, while working in a team or group environment.
- Routinely drives a truck; loads, and unloads luggage, picks-up and delivers luggage at our various properties and the airport.
- Loads and unloads luggage from trucks, vans, and motorcoaches.
- Organize, sort, tally, tag, and label guest luggage daily.
- Communicates frequently with supervisors and other team members via radio for updates, requests, or concerns.
- Performs basic mechanical duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age of 21 is required.
- One year of experience in positions involving driving and luggage handling preferred.
- Current, valid driver's license, with three (3) years clean driving record is required. (A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be requested).
- Current, valid class B, CDL with airbrake endorsement, is required (may be obtained through Company training course).
- Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift 50 – 75 pounds regularly, sometimes above head level.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must meet company’s clean driver eligibility requirements.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, employees, and management.
- Ability to lift 50 – 75 pounds regularly, sometimes above head level.
