Job Description

  • Permanent - Full-time position – Wingfield, SA
  • $38.90 per hour + penalties for overtime
  • 7 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday + overtime as required – flexible hours offered.
  • Be a part of making a sustainable future possible

The Opportunity:

  • Coordinate drivers, ensuring pre-start checks are carried out, and drivers depart the depot on schedule
  • Provide relief on runs on any system as required
  • Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times
  • Perform loading and unloading duties of waste as required
  • Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required
  • Operate user-friendly computerised systems and other work-related systems
  • Work with driver group to develop skills and capability to deliver high service standard to Cleanaway customers.

Your skills and experience

  • Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence as a minimum, HC Licence preferred
  • A Dangerous Goods Licence is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership/teamwork capabilities
  • Computer skills in MS Office and operational databases are desirable
  • Experience within the waste and/or transport industry is desirable
  • Mechanical aptitude
