What you will do:
- Educates and instructs students on defensive driving in a classroom setting. Maintains an awareness of various students learning styles and adjusts instruction appropriately
- Assists with the development of classroom training curriculum and provides Five Diamond Service in all interactions
- Provides instruction in a patient, calm, and personable manner to reduce student anxiety, cater to various learning styles and enhance the learning experience.
- Assists driving school with various administrative tasks. Adheres to all department policies and procedures, including accurate recording of student hours.

QualificationsEducation
- High School Diploma required
Experience
- Preferably located between Oneonta and Utica to travel between our branch locations.
- Less than 1 year Driver Training Experience required
- 1+ years Education or Training Experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Upon Hire Required
- State Driving Instruction Certification (where applicable). Upon Hire Required
