Job Description

As a Concrete Agitator Driver, you will play a key role in building our communities every day. Based in Auburn, NSW, you will safely deliver high-quality concrete to a range of valued customers and contribute to projects that shape the places where we live, work and connect. With support from a dedicated Driver Trainer, you will receive comprehensive training in the safe operation of our agitator trucks and gain the skills needed to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining our strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.

Your day will involve:

  • Conducting daily pre-start inspections and safety checks of vehicles and equipment
  • Safely operating and maintaining concrete agitator trucks
  • Managing concrete slump tolerances and discharge requirements (full training provided)
  • Delivering concrete to customer sites while providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing delivery documentation and related administrative requirements
  • Communicating effectively with production, allocation and customer service teams
  • Maintaining compliance with Boral's safety standards, policies and relevant legislation
  • Building positive relationships with customers and representing the Boral brand professionally

What are we looking for?

  • Current HR driver's licence
  • Previous agitator truck driving experience desirable
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, professional and able to work independently
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • An interest in the concrete or construction industry, with full training provided for the right candidate
