Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Driver Compensation Analyst in Green Bay to support the development, analysis, implementation and administration of Schneider's driver compensation program. The Driver Compensation Analyst will collaborate with business leaders to solve challenges and strengthen the compensation strategy. Responsibilities: Participate in salary surveys and perform comprehensive market research to develop and maintain innovative, compliant and competitive compensation programs. Act as a consultant on all compensation-related matters. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation. Develop documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines and processes. Create insightful reports and recommendations on compensation trends and adjustments, advocating for strategies that attract and retain top talent. Ensure programs comply with laws and regulations. Support other human resources activities.
Skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance or related field. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
