Location: Orlando, FL | Schedule: Full Time | Travel to Event Venues Required | Pay Range: $23.90/hr – $28.79/hr (Based on experience & qualifications)

LMG is seeking a Class A Driver to join our Transportation team and help deliver the equipment that powers world-class live events across the country. This role is responsible for safely transporting mission-critical video, audio, lighting, and production equipment while supporting operational excellence through reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Class A Driver, you will safely transport audiovisual equipment while supporting warehouse operations, event logistics, and successful show execution.

Safe Transportation – Operate commercial vehicles safely while adhering to DOT regulations, company procedures, and transportation standards
Pre-Trip Inspections – Conduct vehicle safety checks, inspections, and maintenance assessments before departures
Load & Unload Support – Assist with staging, securing, loading, and unloading audiovisual equipment alongside warehouse and operations teams
Route Planning & Logistics – Plan efficient travel routes while minimizing delays and maintaining delivery schedules
Venue Coordination – Follow venue-specific loading dock procedures, delivery requirements, and onsite logistics expectations
Documentation & Compliance – Maintain driver logs, transportation records, delivery documentation, and incident reporting as required
Equipment Protection – Ensure equipment is safely secured and transported to prevent damage during transit
On-the-Road Support – Coordinate roadside assistance, vehicle repairs, or operational issues when necessary
Schedule Flexibility – Support transportation needs across varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and event-driven timelines

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and current DOT Medical Card
• 2 to 3 years of clean commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, transportation compliance, and motor carrier safety requirements
• Experience navigating trailers, tight delivery zones, and venue loading environments
• Familiarity with GPS systems, route planning, and statewide or regional travel
• Strong attention to safety, detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and event-based operations
• Dependable, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
