• Your day to day Key Responsibilities Checks the condition of vehicles at the beginning/end of shift and report any damage or needs of repair to the Transport Supervisor/Security. Drives for Employee, staff school children, authorized hotel guest or another person. Cleans/washes and polishes exterior/Interior of vehicles as scheduled. Performs minor maintenance and repair work as follows: - Changing of flat tires - Adjusting fuel/gas mixture - Ensuring adequate supply of engine oil. Drives according to the rules and regulations of the local authorities. Ensures valid driving license is up to date Complies with the Hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy. Delivers Mail etc., when so assigned. Records details of trips, such as destination, mileage and passengers in Logbook. Sign in/out when collecting handling over vehicles keys to/from security. Notify and prepares accident reports with the assistance of transport supervisor in case of accident. Responsible for safe transfer of guests from all determined locations. Create guest satisfaction through a pleasing personality, effective communication skills and should be first to greet the guest as per time of the day. Maintain good knowledge of the city routes locations and hotel facilities. Maintain knowledge of flight timings and assist guest in handling and loading baggage whenever required. Do utmost to learn names of guests, especially repeat and long staying guests remaining alert to situations to offer assistance. Assist in valet parking when not assigned any duty. Maintain detailed knowledge of facilities and services of the hotel and use this knowledge to promote the hotel to guests. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Front Desk Manager. Adhere to Front Office Policies and Procedures. Report problems to Management with suggestions for resolution. المهام اليومية مساعدة الضيوف و رواد الفندق في ركن سياراتهم وتسليمها. فحص حالة المركبات في بداية ونهاية الوردية، والإبلاغ عن أي أضرار أو حاجة للإصلاح إلى مشرف النقل أو قسم الأمن قيادة المركبة لنقل الموظفين، أو أطفال المدارس التابعين للموظفين، أو نزلاء الفندق المصرح لهم، أو أي أشخاص آخرين تنظيف وغسل وتلميع الهيكل الخارجي والمقصورة الداخلية للمركبات وفقاً للجدول الزمني المحدد. إجراء أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح البسيطة، مثل: تغيير الإطارات التالفة (المثقوبة). ضبط خليط الوقود. التأكد من توفر كمية كافية من زيت المحرك. القيادة وفقاً لقواعد ولوائح السلطات المحلية. الحرص على سريان مفعول رخصة القيادة وتحديثها. الالتزام بسياسة الفندق المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والنظافة. تسليم البريد والمراسلات وغيرها عند التكليف بذلك. تسجيل تفاصيل الرحلات (مثل الوجهة، والمسافة المقطوعة، وأسماء الركاب) في سجل الرحلات. التوقيع عند استلام مفاتيح المركبات من قسم الأمن أو تسليمها إليهم. الإبلاغ عن الحوادث وإعداد تقارير بشأنها بمساعدة مشرف النقل في حال وقوع أي حادث. المسؤولية عن النقل الآمن للنزلاء من وإلى جميع المواقع المحددة. تحقيق رضا النزلاء من خلال التمتع بشخصية ودودة ومهارات تواصل فعالة، والمبادرة بالترحيب بالنزلاء بما يتناسب مع توقيت اليوم. الإلمام الجيد بطرق المدينة ومواقعها ومرافق الفندق. الإلمام بمواعيد الرحلات الجوية ومساعدة النزلاء في التعامل مع الأمتعة وتحميلها عند الحاجة. بذل قصارى الجهد لحفظ أسماء النزلاء، لا سيما الدائمين منهم أو المقيمين لفترات طويلة، والبقاء متيقظاً لتقديم المساعدة عند الضرورة. المساعدة في خدمة صف السيارات (Valet Parking) عند عدم تكليفك بمهام أخرى. الاطلاع الشامل على مرافق الفندق وخدماته واستخدام هذه المعرفة للترويج للفندق أمام النزلاء. أداء مهام أخرى قد يكلفك بها مدير مكتب الاستقبال. الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات مكتب الاستقبال. إبلاغ الإدارة بالمشكلات مع تقديم مقترحات لحلها. What we need from you High school certificate or equal level of education. Two years’ experience as driver.
