The Driver (CBA) is a crucial part of our team. You will play an essential role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old to comply with Department of Transportation regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safe and Efficient Vehicle Operation:
• Operate company-owned 16' or 26' box trucks, prioritizing safety and adherence to regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
Route Execution and Deliveries:
• Execute delivery routes with a focus on efficiency and timeliness, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Safely transport goods to specified destinations, including construction sites, building locations, and assembly areas.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, deliveries, and any required documentation.
• Prepare reports related to deliveries, safety compliance, and vehicle maintenance.
Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries and concerns as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships.
Adherence to Safety Regulations:
• Comply with all safety regulations and Department of Transportation requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Basic Computer Skills:
• Utilize basic computer skills for tasks such as recording delivery information, accessing schedules, and communication.

COMPETENCIES:
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to road regulations.
• Ability to execute delivery routes with a focus on timeliness and efficiency.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and Department of Transportation requirements.
• Proficiency in using computers for recording information and communication.
• Capability to address challenges that may arise during deliveries and find effective solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
• Experience driving 16' or 26' box trucks, demonstrating safety and efficiency.
• Class C license.
• Minimum age of 21, in compliance with D.O.T. regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Bend or twist body.
• Use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools. or controls.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Keep or regain their balance.
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl.

Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
