Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)
Pay: $29.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week)
Contract End Date: April 6, 2026

Join a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle operations team supporting the development and deployment of next-generation mobility solutions. This role combines driving, vehicle testing, technical support, and logistics. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, vehicle readiness, and operational success while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate test vehicles for 4–8 hours per day
• Support overall vehicle operations and mission execution
• Perform basic software and hardware operation tasks
• Assist with testing initiatives and provide real-time feedback
• Document issues, metrics, and observations accurately
• Communicate clearly with engineering and operations teams
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks, basic services, and minor repairs
• Support vehicle logistics, including movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles, tools, and workspaces
• Assist with operational documentation and reporting
• Represent operations professionally in public-facing environment

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record and no criminal history
• Ability to drive for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours daily)
• Basic technical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Proactive, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent technical experience
• Military experience

Multiple schedule options available:

Day Shift Options:

• 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Night Shift Options:

• 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Overnight Shift:

• 11:45 PM – 8:15 AM

Workdays (rotating options):

• Monday–Friday
• Tuesday–Saturday
• Wednesday–Sunday
• Thursday–Monday
• Friday–Tuesday
• Saturday–Wednesday
• Sunday–Thursday

Shift Differentials / Bonus Pay

• Overnight Weekdays: +7.5% hourly bonus
• Overnight Weekends: +10% hourly bonus
• Weekend Day Shift: +5% hourly bonus
• Weekend Night Shift: +10% hourly bonus

Interview Process

• Initial 45-minute video interview
• 45-minute driving test
