/Objective
Responsible for providing the application requirements of the location in compliance with state and federal regulations and being responsive and courteous to customers at all timesThe operator is primarily responsible for providing quality application services to customers where the individuals own personality and image is important in backing up and servicing the sale.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an outdoor agricultural setting Employee will regularly encounter extreme temperatures, adverse weather, dust, loud noises, jarring motions, and a hazardous agricultural and industrial environment that requires regular use of PPE.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The driver applicator needs to stay in good physical condition to regularly lift more than 40 pounds, climb ladders, perform preventive maintenance activities, and assist other plant/warehouse workers in various physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location. Employee will regularly be required to walk, stand, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, handle, feel and grasp. Workload is frequently medium to heavy.
Includes travel to sites; travel outside of the assigned area is very rare; however, travel for training may be required.
