Role Purpose Statement

Follow-up of the essential requirements of the operation of the company's administrative affairs function, and fulfillment and follow-up of all kinds of administrative duties of the company employees, with the coordination to be provided by the administrative affairs coordinator. Managing all car fleet operations of the company and supporting the admin requirement by the Driver responsibility.

Main Accountabilities:

• Managing the Car fleet administration processes with suppliers and the communications with employees in line with company car procedure with the alignment of HR department.
• Invoice entries on to SAP coordination with AP department on time related to all items in company cars (fleet, OGS, HGS and fuel consumption).
• Taking responsibility of office management tasks 30% of the time in handling companies’ courier related needs to present necessary papers to official institutions like Social Security, Tax Office, Notary etc.
• Welcoming Bunge Turkey office foreign visitors from the airport to the office and returning them to the airport at the end of the visit.
• Support HR department with any ad-hoc report requests regarding car fleet.
• Following up all office needs and requests coming from related departments (going to Tax, Social Security Institutions, customers, banks).

What do we expect from our future colleague:

• 10 years of experience in Administrative Issues Department preferably within’ a multinational companies
• Bachelor or Undergraduate degree from related university departments
• Driver License is required
• Mid-level MS office program is preference, SAP is a plus
• Result orientation, Customer Focus, Coordination skills
• Strong comunication skills, Team work, problem solving
