Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract and onboard new drivers.
• Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to optimize driver acquisition processes.
• Collaborate closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure acquisition targets are consistently achieved.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the acquisition process, reinforcing the companys employer brand.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and driver market dynamics to stay ahead and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in driver acquisition.
• A hustler with high energy, ambition, and strong influencing skills.
• Proven track record in building and executing acquisition strategies, ideally within ride-hailing, logistics, or similar industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
