Job Description

Role Purpose

To support MG Head Office operations by safely transporting staff and vehicles, delivering important documents, assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, and completing other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver important documents, office mail, and other materials directly to the designated recipients.
• Perform daily errands involving the collection and delivery of office documents, records, and other priority items.
• Pick up and drop off showroom staff as instructed by the General Manager.
• Collect vehicles for servicing or repairs and return them once the work is completed.
• Assist with basic vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, water or coolant, batteries, and tyres.
• Keep vehicle windows clean and assist in maintaining vehicles in good condition.
• Support basic automotive maintenance and repair activities when required.
• Complete new vehicle registration procedures at the traffic department when required.
• Assist with additional duties outside the usual responsibilities when operational needs arise.
• Follow company procedures, traffic regulations, and safety requirements at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Previous experience in a corporate office, automotive dealership, or showroom environment is an advantage.

Education

• High School qualification or equivalent.

Certification

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Safe driving and vehicle handling.
• Knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and identify maintenance requirements.
• Ability to handle documents and complete delivery-related tasks accurately.
• Familiarity with vehicle registration procedures is an advantage.

Languages

• Basic English communication skills are required.
