1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for motivated people ready to join a team where effort, attitude, and customer service matter. As a member of our Truck Team, you'll do much more than remove unwanted items. You'll build relationships with customers, provide estimates, help close jobs, work with a teammate, and take on new challenges throughout your route.

What You Can Look Forward To:

$29–$33/hr average earnings with hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses

Job Tasks:

Travel between appointments in a branded company truck
Introduce yourself to customers and learn what they need help with
Provide clear, upfront estimates for our service
Use strong communication to turn appointments into completed jobs
Safely remove and load furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
Perform physical work, including lifting 75+ lbs
Set aside usable items for donation and recyclable materials when possible
Communicate with your team and operations throughout the route

Must Haves:

Be 21 years old or older
Have a valid California driver's license
Have a clean driving record for the previous 3 years
Be able to safely lift and move 75+ lbs
Enjoy interacting with customers
Be reliable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Work at least one weekend day
Have a smartphone capable of downloading company apps

People coming from customer service, sales, delivery driving, warehouse, retail, restaurants, moving, construction, landscaping, hospitality, and general labor are encouraged to apply.
