About this role

Join Emplify Health by Gundersen in a role that helps patients and clients get where they need to go safely and respectfully. As a Van Driver, you will support access to care by providing reliable transportation, maintaining accurate trip records, and helping ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for service. This casual position plays an important part in our mission of empathy amplified by supporting people with dignity, professionalism, and care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide safe transportation of clients via van, including loading, securing, and unloading

  • Maintain vans according to company policy

  • Treat all clients, caregivers, facility staff, and other drivers with courtesy and respect

  • Additional tasks will be assigned when down time between patient pick up and drop off.

What you will need

  • High school diploma or equivalency

  • No work experience required

  • Valid driver's license in Wisconsin required

  • Basic Red Cross or equivalent first aid and CPR training required within 60 days of hire

  • Strong customer service skills and a respectful, professional demeanor

  • Ability to follow safety procedures and complete documentation accurately
