About this role

Join Emplify Health by Gundersen in a role that helps patients and clients get where they need to go safely and respectfully. As a Van Driver, you will support access to care by providing reliable transportation, maintaining accurate trip records, and helping ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for service. This part-time position plays an important role in our mission of empathy amplified by supporting people with dignity, professionalism, and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation of clients via van, including loading, securing, and unloading

• Maintain vans according to company policy

• Treat all clients, caregivers, facility staff, and other drivers with courtesy and respect

What you will need

• High school diploma or equivalency

• No work experience required

• Valid driver's license in Wisconsin required

• Basic Red Cross or equivalent first aid and CPR training required within 60 days of hire

• Strong customer service skills and a respectful, professional demeanor

• Ability to follow safety procedures and complete documentation accurately
