The Opportunity

We are seeking a HR Driver to join the friendly and close knit team in Paget 4740.

Driving a variety of vehicles including hook-lift, front-lift and liquid waste trucks. In this role you will

work in the region supporting the collection of waste for our commercial contracts.

Full-time Permanent Position - Monday to Friday, early start timewith overtime available.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Working on secure long term contracts collecting waste and recyclables

  • Collection and transportation of multiple waste streams to disposal locations

  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to learn to operate a range of fleet and equipment

What you'll need to be successful

  • HR licence as a minimum requirement

  • Good geographical knowledge of Mackay and surrounding suburbs

  • Ability to learn to operate a range of fleet and equipment

  • Attention to detail for all paperwork

  • Safety conscious mindset

  • Dedicated to providing high standards of customer service

  • Ability to start early and be available for weekend roster

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
