Job Description

Delivers orders to customers, represents the company to customers during deliveries and promotes quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver goods to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the required service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Load, unload, and handle shipments carefully to prevent damage.
  • Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery (POD).
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
  • Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
  • Communicate delivery status, delays, or exceptions to the operations team promptly.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld devices
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Assist with return collections, failed deliveries, and reverse logistics when required.

Requirements

  • Valid Singapore Class 3 / Class 3A Driving Licence (or relevant licence based on vehicle type).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of delivery driving experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore roads and route planning.
  • Ability to use GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry parcels safely.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
