Are you an experienced and reliable driver looking for variety in your day-to-day work? Team Global Express is seeking a dedicated Floater Driver to support our Retail Service Centre operations, delivering and collecting freight across a variety of shopping centres throughout Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect freight safely and efficiently across various shopping centres and retail locations throughout Melbourne
• Load, unload, secure, and transport freight in accordance with company and legislative requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing Team Global Express professionally
• Complete manifests, consignment documentation, and Proof of Delivery requirements accurately
• Operate handheld scanning devices to track and manage freight movements
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), load restraint, and safety procedures at all times
• Support different delivery runs and locations as required, providing operational flexibility across the network

What We're Looking For

• Current HR Driver's Licence (Manual preferred)
• Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries and shopping centre environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading freight safely
• Sound understanding of load restraint and transport safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing delivery schedules and locations
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
